The group focuses on helping participants view relapse from a healthy perspective. Evidence-Based Techniques:
This skills-based program will use evidence-based models including community reinforcement approach (CRA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Structured Relapse Prevention (SRP) Counselling approach.
Skills-Focused:
Group discussions with the promotion of sharing lived experiences and controlling limits of confidentiality.
Personalised Support:
You will receive a personalised relapse prevention plan, and we include a measurement-based approach, with pre and post-program screening of your symptoms.
